Michael Zarconi

Michael Zarconi is a member of the Firm’s Litigation, Construction and Insurance practice groups. Since joining the firm in 2012 he has developed a wide range of experience as a general civil litigator including commercial and business litigation, construction disputes, insurance coverage, anti-SLAPP litigation, and labor and employment law matters. As a trial-experienced litigator, Mr. Zarconi was named a Shareholder at Sullivan Hill in 2020.

Mr. Zarconi was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 1st and 2nd edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, by Best Lawyers in America® in the field of Commercial Litigation. He was also named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in the area of Business/Corporate Litigation in 2020 and the area of Construction Litigation in 2021.

Prior to joining the Firm as an associate attorney, Mr. Zarconi participated in the Sullivan Hill summer law clerk program. He earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego, School of Law with dual concentrations in civil litigation and public interest law. His studies focused on regulation for environmental and consumer protection. While attending law school, Mr. Zarconi worked actively with the University of San Diego Center for Public Interest Law. He was honored with the Outstanding Public Interest Advocate Award for 2012.
