William B. Solomon, Jr. (Retired) joined Ally Financial in 1999 to serve as general counsel; he was named group vice president in 2004. In this role, he had responsibility for providing all legal services to Ally through the oversight of outside counsel and legal staff. Solomon was also responsible for the secretary’s office, the licensing department and the organization’s record and information management activity. Solomon retired from Ally Financial effective Sept. 30, 2016.

Chris is a senior member of the firm's litigation group. His practice consists of facilitating the resolution of commercial and intellectual property disputes through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution procedures and, where necessary, through the trial of actions before federal and state courts and arbitration tribunals throughout the United States.

Faiza J. Saeed is Cravath’s Presiding Partner. She advises public companies, boards of directors and special committees in connection with M&A, corporate governance and crisis management.

Mr. Vives Ruiz has been Managing Partner of Garrigues since September 2009. He is also partner in charge of the Garrigues Corporate/Commercial Law area.
