Johan Aalto is Hannes Snellman’s senior partner. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and capital markets, with an emphasis on public takeovers. He also focuses on corporate governance issues and acts as the chairman of general meetings of several listed companies in Finland.
