Community Sustainability & Impact

Best Lawyers supports community activism and partnerships with nonprofits that align with the organization’s values to nurture growth within diverse, inclusive and innovative spaces.

Go Team Give

Through Best Lawyers’ Go Team Give committee, employees are provided a voluntary outlet to make an impact locally, regionally and nationally by facilitating volunteer and community service opportunities to give back to our community. Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Best Lawyers is actively expanding our commitment to company culture by including not only a point of contact for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), but also through practice. There’s been expansion and focus on creating, running and measuring the impact of cultural programs and initiatives for Best Lawyers. Our highly skilled HR Manager will draw upon their human resources expertise and passion for cultural behaviors. There’s advocation for employees as well as a consulting for best practices and procedures for public-facing communications and brand representation.

As a company, we recognize that a talented and diverse workforce is a key competitive advantage and the company’s success reflects the quality and skills of its diverse employees. We benefit by bringing together high-quality people with different backgrounds, perspectives and professional experiences. Our focus and expansion DEI shows value in diversity in all aspects of the business and is committed to creating an environment where the contribution of all its employees is received fairly and equitably. The responsibility and awareness for cultural compliance plays a huge part in our values and further enhances our company culture. Our employees feel comfortable that there is an informed and unbiased space (and individual) to discuss concerns related to workplace challenges, be they professional or personal. Our message as a company is clear: there’s room for everyone to be exactly who they are! Our workplace culture is all about respecting employees, acknowledging our differences and providing a nurturing and effective environment where all those things can coexist.

Best Lawyers also understands the importance of maintaining relevant and inclusive outward messaging when it comes to DEI. The vision for DEI will work in tandem with our marketing initiatives and communication strategies to ensure Best Lawyers maintains an inclusive and culturally sensitive brand presence. Our goal is to deliver maximum value to all members of the organization and our clients. The addition of DEI is a bookmark in how we move forward with our practices and who we are as people, not just professionals. We are not a company that outwardly reflects this immersion of culture or diversity, but our conversations, intentions with awareness and work environment can start that process. Employees will no longer be the only ones aware of our best practices. Our continued commitment to company culture will now be seen in our communities, social media platforms and client or customer interaction.
