David S. Jackson practice focuses on the areas of business law, logistics and distribution law, import/export law, mergers and acquisitions, tax exempt entities and technology and intellectual property law. He counsels clients on a variety of federal income tax matters, including tax issues related to partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations. He is a member in our Business Law, Non-Profit/Tax Exempt and Tax Practice Groups.
A frequent speaker, Mr. Jackson has presented at a number of seminars on a variety of topics.
A Desert Storm veteran, Mr. Jackson served in the US Army Corps of Engineers where he received the Army Achievement Medal (twice), Humanitarian Service Award and the Good Conduct Medal. Mr. Jackson continues his service to society through his involvement with the Christian community in the Central Ohio area. An avid runner, Mr. Jackson participates and supports running and fitness organization events, such as the Columbus Marathon, Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon, United States Marine Corps Marathon and Columbus-area 5 and 10-K events.
