Andrew Martone concentrates his practice on labor and employment law, with a background in industry and human resources. Andy routinely handles matters before the NLRB, the EEOC, the MCHR and IDHR, and OSHA, and he regularly represents clients in employment-related litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country. He has represented clients in more than 115 federal cases and in a multitude of administrative proceedings and arbitrations. . He has defended and advised clients in labor and employment matters in 49 states, Canada, Mexico, Singapore, Japan and Puerto Rico and has extensive experience opposing union organizing campaigns, in union decertification, in negotiating labor agreements and in arbitrating contract grievances. Andy has acted as nationwide counsel for labor and employment matters for numerous companies and Andy represents many regional and national employers, including full service hospitals, extended care facilities, marketing concerns, retailers, builders, construction companies, municipalities and not-for-profit care providers.
