Amira Shaker focuses her practice on advising individual clients and family offices on corporate transactional and advisory matters. Amira advises on complex investment structuring and private wealth management as well as advising on the acquisition of high-value assets and financial instruments for these clients and family offices.

Amira has over a decade’s experience in advising on cross-border, multi-jurisdictional acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and funding arrangements in member states of the Arabian Gulf Cooperation Council and the wider Middle East North Africa region. Amira is particularly interested in Women in Business and advises a number of prominent female investors and high-net worth individuals on their investments worldwide.
