Meissner Tierney is proud to announce that shareholder Michael Cohen was selected as the 2020 Litigation - Insurance “Lawyer of the Year” in Milwaukee by Best Lawyers®.

Recognition by Best Lawyers is based entirely on peer review. Their methodology is designed to capture, as accurately as possible, the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues within the same geographical area and legal practice area.

The “Lawyer of the Year” recognition is awarded to individual attorneys with the highest overall peer-feedback for a specific practice area and geographic region. Only one attorney is recognized as the “Lawyer of the Year” for each specialty and location.

Michael was also previously named Insurance Law “Lawyer of the Year” in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2014, 2017 and 2019.

Michael dedicates a substantial portion of his practice to commercial litigation matters including non-compete and other restrictive covenants, business torts, employment, environmental/toxic tort litigation and complex insurance coverage litigation, including environmental liability and bad faith. For more information please contact Michael at mjc@mtfn.com or by calling (414) 273-1300.
