Quinlan Winton

Quinlan Winton is an Associate in the Corporate Commercial Practice Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. He assists clients in a broad range of matters including commercial agreements, board governance, and corporate structuring.

He helps corporations meet their business goals by providing comprehensive transactional services and strategic advice on a wide range of corporate commercial matters. He has experience negotiating and drafting various commercial agreements, including share and asset purchase agreements, service provider agreements, financing agreements, loan guarantees, and contribution agreements for clean technology projects.

Quinlan works with all types of clients, including private business owners, local developers, non-profit organizations, governmental bodies, and international corporations. Prior to joining the firm, he articled and practised at an international law firm.
