Paul Cullen

Paul is a Consultant to both HopgoodGanim Lawyers' and our clients and provides high-level, strategic banking and finance advisory services on projects and corporate transactions. For more than 30 years, Paul was a Partner of the firm and the Head of our Banking and Finance practice. Paul has over 30 years’ experience in banking and finance, insolvency and joint venture transactions. As a Partner, his practice involved advising on commercial lending for banks and borrowing for corporate clients. He has extensive experience in structured property finance transactions, working closely with a number of leading financial institutions and property developers to design effective financial structures to fund significant property and commercial developments.
