Lars E. Lundberg

Lars provides clients with practical advice and relentless representation. His commercial litigation practice is diverse, and his clients range from large Fortune 100 companies to small businesses and individuals. Lars has experience in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including construction and contract disputes, as well as general business and corporate matters. Lars also briefs and argues appeals before the Idaho Supreme Court and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, relying on his experience as a law clerk for the Idaho Supreme Court to craft creative and persuasive appellate arguments. Best Lawyers in America® recognized Lars’ successful appellate advocacy, awarding him the “Ones to Watch” award for appellate law.

Lars grew up in Chico, California near his family’s rice farm, Lundberg Family Farms. He is still involved in his family’s business, serving as a committee member for the Board of Directors and contributing to the family’s foundation, which partners with non-profit organizations to provide access to education, sustenance, and shelter.

In his free time, Lars enjoys playing golf and hiking through Boise’s foothills with his wife (Samantha — also an attorney) and their golden retriever (George — not an attorney).
