Joshua's practice is focused on representing a variety of financial institutions in connection with commercial lending facilities including representing secured, second lien and mezzanine lenders in cash flow and asset-based credit facilities. Joshua's practice spans a wide variety of deal sizes and types, from single-lender, lower middle-market credit facilities to representing agents in middle-market credit facilities and lenders buying into a broadly syndicated credit facility.
