Johannes Weidelener

Dr. Johannes Weidelener, LL.M. is partner at Heussen‘s Munich office. He worked for several international law firms, lately for CMS Hasche Sigle. He is an acknowledged expert in the field of corporate and finance law, mostly involved in transactions. He advises on a continuous base in share deals and joint ventures as regards real estate and renewable energy transactions, often with an international focus. Further, he is a highly experienced expert with comprehensive insight in the field of capital market law, regulatory law and funds law. Dr. Weidelener advises regularly in these fields working closely together with Heussen’s tax team.
