Johannes Voß

Johannes advises domestic and foreign companies and business persons on all issues pertaining to M&A and Corporate Law. Johannes specializes in national and international corporate acquisitions and corporate sales, joint ventures, private equity transactions, venture capital transactions and corporate restructuring. Besides his expertise in corporate and transaction law, Johannes is also specialized in the advice of shareholders and companies in the connection within and out-of-court legal disputes between shareholders and post-M&A disputes. Johannes has broad and extensive forensic experience.

Johannes studied law at the University of Cologne, Germany. During his legal clerkship, Johannes worked in the Corporate/M&A department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Cologne and also in the Corporate/M&A department of Gibbons P.C. in New York City. Johannes was admitted to the German Bar in 2009. Prior to Andersen, Johannes worked for six years for the renowned German law firm Luther. Johannes joined Andersen in 2017.
