Jack is one of the leading ERISA defense lawyers in the Tenth Circuit, and also has litigated ERISA cases in the Ninth Circuit. Decisions in his cases at the appellate and district court level have played a significant role in the development of the ERISA precedent in the Tenth Circuit. Jack has litigated ERISA and non-ERISA group benefits claim cases in the United States District Courts in Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming. His appellate practice includes oral arguments before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Circuits.
