Dirk von dem Knesebeck

Having first worked for the law firm Schmidt-Sibeth, Heisse, Weisskopf, Kursawe in Munich Dr. von dem Knesebeck joined our Firm in 1999 and since then has worked at our Munich office. He is a certified specialist lawyer for tax law (Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht) and, in addition to doing client work, teaches at the University of Innsbruck. He is specialized in company and commercial law, IPOs, capital markets law, Mergers & Acquisitions including legal due diligence, The law governing general terms and conditions and contract law.
