David Gurnick is a State Bar Certified Specialist in Franchise and Distribution Law. He represents franchisors, franchisees and wide ranging businesses in litigation and transactions, anti-trust and competition, trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property matters. Mr. Gurnick taught at University of California Irvine School of Law, testified in court as an expert witness and is the author of two books and numerous articles on distribution and franchising.
