Charles J. Abrams is a well-rounded real estate attorney who represents developers, investors, owners, landlords, tenants, borrowers and lenders across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate and secured financing transactions. He has experience representing homebuilders in land acquisitions, dispositions and project development, including negotiating complex development agreements, resolving title issues, and coordinating the installation and maintenance of infrastructure and amenities.
