Rajdeep Malhi

Rajdeep regularly advises clients on a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure obligations and general corporate law.

Prior to her career here at DuMoulin Black, Rajdeep worked at another boutique law firm where she gained experience in corporate and securities law. Rajdeep also has previous experience in the field of corporate governance. Drawn to the vast amount of transactional experience and expertise offered by the firm, Rajdeep decided to join DuMoulin Black. She values the firm's client-focused approach and collegial spirit.
