Kevin Giles

Commercial Real Estate. A real estate investor himself, Kevin understands the unique needs of his developer and investor clients. He has experience with acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leases, residential leases, ground leases, and operating leases on a wide range of commercial development projects including stadium developments, airport properties, medical office buildings, senior housing, commercial and flex properties, and mixed-use projects, among others.

Leasing. Kevin’s commercial leasing practice includes representing both landlords and tenants from national retailers to regional and local investors. His leasing clients come from a variety of industries including healthcare, retail, restaurants, industrial space, and senior housing.

Real Estate Litigation. Kevin maintains an active litigation practice, representing clients through real estate disputes involving title matters, HOA disputes, construction, and other real estate-related litigation.

Before law school, Kevin played varsity baseball at Georgetown University. His experience as a Division 1 athlete taught him the value of teamwork and how to persevere through adversity to achieve goals. He uses this experience to obtain favorable results for his clients. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Kevin worked at a Denver-based boutique real estate firm.
