Partner Camille Smadja heads the employment law team at DJS AVOCATS.
Representing French and international companies in all matters relating to employment law, in both individual and collective relations. More specifically, her areas of expertise cover the drafting of contracts, disciplinary procedures, setting up works councils, issues linked to the negotiation and conclusion of collective agreements, compensation, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring operations, the status of senior executives and exit negotiations.
In litigation, Camille Smadja regularly represents companies in disputes with their trade unions, employee representatives and employees. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014, Camille Smadja is a graduate of Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 in European Business Law) and UC Berkeley (LL.M).
