Adrianna has nearly 20 years’ experience (gained both in private practice and in-house roles) working in property and construction law, for both private and public sector clients. She acts for private and public sector clients in their capacity as developers, vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating documents for, and project managing, commercial, industrial, retail and residential transactions. Adrianna also has experience in the infrastructure space, having recently worked on Sydney’s light rail and Metro projects.
Specifically, Adrianna provides advice in relation to, drafts documents and conducts due diligence associated with:
- divestments and acquisitions of real property: commercial, retail, industrial and residential assets (including the drafting of contracts for sale, sale and leaseback arrangements, option deeds and ancillary documents)
- agreements for lease, leases and licences (for commercial, industrial and retail projects and assets)
- development projects and joint venture arrangements (eg. development, co-ownership and income support agreements, major agreements for lease and leases) for commercial, residential and mixed use developments.
