Adam advises and represents national, state, and local candidates, campaigns, nonprofit organizations, voters, and other industry participants in political and election law spaces. He also frequently represents private entities and individuals in business and civil rights disputes.

Adam prioritizes developing diverse skills and practices to aid clients with a variety of tools and a creative approach. He has experience litigating matters and trying cases as varied as voting rights and constitutional emergency litigation on the one hand, to bet-the-company breach of contract disputes on another. Hailing from Watkinsville, Georgia, Adam earned degrees in drama and political science from the Honors College at the University of Georgia, where he served as the president of its Student Government Association. He then headed to Columbia University to earn a law degree and a master’s of arts in Politics and Education. Adam practiced law at a Global 50 law firm in Washington, D.C. before providing legal and policy assistance to Georgia political campaigns and to clerk for several judges at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Adam serves on several boards and committees aimed at improving life in Georgia, including leading the American Constitution Society Georgia Lawyers Chapter. When not strengthening his practice and serving clients, he spends time with his wife, children, and rescue mutt, writes, and takes in the performing arts, Atlanta United, and his beloved Dawgs.
