CASO DEL NIDO: OTRO ÉXITO DE LUCAS FERNÁNDEZ DE BOBADILLA EN SU DEFENSA DE LA JUNTA DIRECTIVA.

Varapalo judicial para el expresidente sevillista en su litigio con el actual consejo de administración. La tercera querella de Del Nido contra Castro, rechazada por los juzgados. El juzgado no admite a trámite la última querella de Del Nido a Castro.

El Juzgado de Instrucción número 7 no admite a trámite la acusación por delito societario que interpusieron en agosto el ex presidente y su aliado Ángel Delgado en consonancia con las anteriores remitidas al número 19.

El juzgado de instrucción número 7 de Sevilla ha decidido finalmente inadmitir la querella que el ex presidente del Sevilla FC, José María del Nido Benavente, había vuelto a interponer en contra de José Castro, presidente de la entidad. Un nuevo varapalo judicial para Del Nido que el pasado mes de septiembre celebró que se hubiera aceptado esta querella con fecha del 14 de agosto.

No obstante, Lucas Fernández de Bobadilla, letrado del procedimiento que defiende al Sevilla FC, solicitó la inadmisión de dicha querella con un escrito en el que se destacaban que el propio querellante en su querella explicaba que esta querella era por los mismos hechos que las anteriores interpuestas y que ya habían sido rechazadas previamente.

Por tanto, el juez ha decidido finalmente rechazar cualquier investigación al Sevilla FC en contra de su presidente y ha remitido la causa al juzgado número 19, que es el que ha archivado ya otras dos querellas de Del Nido Benavente.
