Commercial Litigation
Legal Malpractice Law - Defendants
Litigation - Health Care
Shawn Long’s practice focuses on a wide range of issues, including business litigation in both federal and state courts on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. She also has experience in cases involving energy litigation, complex commercial disputes, product liability, wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, securities and financial fraud, and white-collar criminal matters. Her background also includes work in international mass tort claims and national class actions.
Much of Shawn’s practice is devoted to defending lawyers and law firms against a variety of professional negligence claims, breaches of fiduciary duty claims and fee disputes. She has used this experience to help her colleagues steer clear of morally gray areas.
Shawn works hard to build a strong relationship of trust with her clients, so she is better able to represent them through all aspects of their case.
