Scott D. Fitzgerald is a shareholder and personal injury lawyer with Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen, practicing from the firm’s Richmond, Virginia office. As the great-grandson of the firm’s founder, George E. Allen, Sr., Scott represents the fourth generation of the Allen family to carry forward the firm’s tradition of advocacy and service.
Scott focuses his practice on personal injury matters, including truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, car accidents, and premises liability claims. He has tried dozens of jury trials on behalf of injured clients and is committed to protecting their rights and interests, particularly when dealing with insurance companies. His courtroom work has earned him recognition within the firm as Litigator of the Year.
Throughout his career, Scott has obtained significant results for clients, including a $3 million settlement for a young man seriously injured in a head-on collision, a $1.775 million settlement for a family following the death of a mother of four, and a $1.225 million result for a client who suffered a herniated disc in a rear-end collision.
Scott earned his B.A., cum laude, from the College of William & Mary in 2007 and his J.D. from William & Mary School of Law in 2011. He is licensed to practice in Virginia and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.
