Mitchell Ng

Mitchell Ng is an associate in our capital markets group. His practice focuses on securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial law. He assists clients with corporate governance, continuous disclosure, legal research, due diligence, and drafting agreements. Prior to his articles, Mitchell completed a summer assignment with a major independent power generation company based in Edmonton, Alberta, and was engaged in producing various documents, including annual information forms, proposals for the procurement of government programs, and contractual matters. During law school, Mitchell volunteered with Student Legal Services to provide free legal assistance to low income individuals. Additionally, Mitchell represented the University of Alberta at the 2018 Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot, where his team won first prize.
