Meredith Kalinowski

Meredith Sawatzky is an associate in our business law group, with a practice focusing on general corporate and commercial matters. Meredith assists senior counsel in advising clients on a variety of business matters including: mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and debt and equity financings. Prior to joining us, Meredith practised in the financial services group of a leading national law firm.
