Employment law aspects of M&A transactions: audits, consultation process with the works council, harmonization of the collective statutes (Groupe M6, IVC Evidensia France, Nomotech). 

Restructuring of companies: simplification of structure (GIE Wivetix, Nomotech), economic dismissals or redundancy plans (Job Teaser, Sotheby’s), organization of the staff representative institutions (Générale du Solaire, Sotheby’s). 

Negotiation of collective bargaining agreements at the company level or at the industry level: working time organization, teleworking, saving plans, functioning of the works council, strategic workforce planning and mobility leave (CDC II which is a subsidiary of CAISSE DES DEPOTS, Nomotech, Sotheby’s).
