Marc Taubenfeld

Marc has extensive experience representing both debtors and creditors in business bankruptcy matters as well as creditors and creditor groups in consumer cases. Marc also has experience representing both Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Trustees, and Creditors’ Committees in a variety of bankruptcy cases. Such representations have included companies in manufacturing, transportation, retail, health and medical, oil and petroleum-related industries, and real estate development and operations. Marc’s experience includes commercial litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial transactions, sales and acquisitions of business, real estate transactions, and leasing transactions, as well as representation of lenders and borrowers in connection with loans, loan modifications and workouts. Such representations have taken Marc into all levels of court at both the state and federal levels.
