Kary is a frequent lecturer on various Wills, Estates and Estate Planning topics for the Canadian Bar Association, Legal Education Society of Alberta, charitable and religious organizations, corporations, financial institutions, insurance companies and schools.
Kary has been recognized as Edmonton’s Trust and Estates Lawyer of the year by Best Lawyers in Canada in 2011, ranked as a leading practitioner in the area of estate and personal tax planning by the Canadian Legal Lexpert directory, and is listed in Best Lawyers in Canada as a leading practitioner in the areas of trusts and estates.
Kary enjoys spending time and travelling with his childhood sweetheart and wife Jeannette. Time away from work is often spent enjoying his 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
