Casey Langston Lott is a dedicated trial attorney at Langston & Lott, PLLC, representing individuals and families in complex personal injury and civil litigation matters throughout Mississippi and beyond. Since beginning his legal career in 2005, Casey has secured multi-million-dollar recoveries for clients in cases involving automobile accidents, product liability, burn injuries, and other serious personal injury claims. He has also played key leadership roles in high-profile Multi-District Litigation (MDL), serving on plaintiffs' steering and discovery committees, as well as acting as Plaintiffs’ Co-Lead Counsel in significant class action litigation.
A graduate of Mississippi State University and the University of Mississippi School of Law, Casey earned his Juris Doctor with honors after graduating cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. During law school, he distinguished himself through trial advocacy, moot court competitions, and leadership positions within the Mississippi Association for Justice student chapter. His early accomplishments helped establish the strong litigation skills that continue to benefit his clients today.
Casey is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Mississippi, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and Alabama. His professional achievements include earning an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, the organization's highest distinction for legal ability and ethical standards. He has also been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for multiple consecutive years and was named among Mississippi's Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers. In addition to representing injury victims, Casey serves as attorney for the Prentiss County Board of Supervisors and the Booneville School District, reflecting the trust local organizations place in his legal counsel.

Together with his wife, Amanda, he supports educational scholarships, local schools, youth athletics, charitable organizations, and law enforcement initiatives throughout Northeast Mississippi.
