Aaron J. Stefan

Aaron Stefan’s practice is focused on banking and finance. Acting for financial institutions and private and public companies, Aaron advises on syndicated and non-syndicated secured and unsecured credit facilities, acquisition financings, asset-based lending and receivables purchases.

Frequently advising on matters that are often multi-currency, senior/subordinated and multi-jurisdictional in nature, Aaron recently represented clients in energy, financing, mining, manufacturing and professional services.

Aaron also participates in negotiating and documenting ISDA Master Agreements, collateral agreements and the negotiation of public market debt instruments. He has also assisted with mutual fund, bulk commodity purchasers and other clients in the documentation of synthetic investments using derivatives as well as financially settled supply contracts.
