In 2015, Boone & Stone was inducted into American Law and Media’s Daily Report’s inaugural Verdicts Hall of Fame in recognition for its history-making wrongful death verdict of $41 million, the largest such verdict in Georgia. These skilled and tenacious trial lawyers, who handle cases throughout the Southeast, do not back down and won’t settle if it is not in the best interest of a client. “We don’t fold,” partner William Stone. “Our firm slogan is: if you want a trial, we’re going to give you your money’s worth.”

The firm enjoys a 2016 U.S. News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” Tier 1 ranking for the Atlanta region for plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation, and has been involved with news-making and precedent-setting cases. Respected leaders in the legal community, Stone and David Boone have received many honors, including Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent rating and American Law and Media’s Legal Leaders, and have been named to Thompson-Reuters Super Lawyers for more than a decade. Stone was named Best Lawyers 2013 Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs “Lawyer of the Year” in Atlanta.

Boone & Stone has recovered more than $500 million for its clients, who are victims and survivors of fatal and catastrophic injuries, as well as fraud, racketeering, and other business wrongdoing. The firm is selective in the cases it takes; has the will, resources, and experience to take a case to trial; and the attorneys will never be outworked or outfought. Stone added, “We’re always prepared and we can go toe-to-toe with anybody in the courtroom. It’s simple: if we have
a good case, we’re going to go to trial.”
