Biography
Nathalie-Anne Béliveau is a seasoned and experienced litigator who focuses on civil and commercial litigation as well as competition law. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, injunctions, seizures and other urgent extraordinary remedies, including Anton Piller (civil search warrant), Norwich and Mareva injunctions and intellectual property disputes.
Nathalie-Anne has leading-edge litigation expertise in breach of non-compete and non-solicitation clauses, unfair or illegal competition, white-collar fraud and other statutory offences, such as securities violations involving insider trading or competition. She has successfully intervened in many high-profile cases that showcased her professionalism and abilities and frequently appears before the courts in high-tech matters.
