Kevin C. Moyer joined CDQ as an attorney in 2014. Prior to law school, Kevin worked for CDQ as a paralegal from 2008-2011. During law school, Kevin served on Arizona Law’s Moot Court Board and in 2013 received the F. Britton Burns Award for Best Oral Argument in Arizona Law’s annual Samuel M. Fegtly Moot Court Competition. Kevin also competed on Arizona Law’s National Appellate Advocacy Team, which won its regional competition and finished among the top overall teams in the nation.
Kevin is passionate about trial work, and has successful bench and jury trial experience. Kevin practices in all areas of complex commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on employment and real estate litigation. He is active across various professional organizations, including serving as Board Member of the Maricopa County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. Kevin was born and raised in Phoenix.
