Full Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Valencia.

He was a founding partner in 1999 of the firm Salinas Legal y Tributario S.L.P. He has extensive experience in litigation and advice in Commercial Law, Transport Law, and International Trade Law, having handled judicial and arbitral matters in national and international forums (ICC/LMAA).

Education

He has undertaken Postgraduate studies at the University of Bologna, the International Court of Justice in The Hague, the University of Hamburg, Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, the University of Mainz, and the Institute of Banking Law of the German Savings Banks Association. Doctor of Law. Università degli Studi di Bologna (Italy). 1995.
