Nancy's practice focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax, generation skipping transfer tax, contested trusts and estates, fiduciary litigation, and guardianships and conservatorships. Nancy served on the Council of the State Bar of Michigan Probate ad Estate Planning Section from 2001-2009, serving as Chair 2008-2009. She has also served as the Editor of the State Bar of Michigan Probate and Estate Section since 2001. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Trusts and Estates Counsel, and was recognized by the State Bar of Michigan and her peers in the estate planning practice with the Michael Irish Award. She has been named by Best Lawyers since 1997 in the areas of Trusts and Estates and Trusts and Estates - Litigation; she was named by Best Lawyers as Lansing's Lawyer of the Year in the areas of Trusts and Estates (2012) and Trusts and Estates - Litigation (2015). She has been selected to Super Lawyers from 2006 - 2022.
