During construction, we assist with project documentation and claims. Our Zoning-Land Use-Development attorneys advise clients on all facets of land use, zoning and development matters throughout the Delaware Valley, navigating clients through the development approval process. Through Judge Gene D. Cohen (Ret.), the firm offers alternative dispute resolution for Fee disputes, Intra-law firm difficulties and Inter-law firm disputes. The Firm offers construction accident defense, representation during OSHA investigations and other regulatory matters, as well as ERISA litigation.
