Mr. Eldredge has been practicing law continuously with the firm since his admission to the Colorado Bar in 1983. Mr. Eldredge’s practice focuses on complex medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death and large product liability cases, as well as mass tort litigation.
Mr. Eldredge was recognized as Barristers’ Best Medical Malpractice Lawyer by Law Week Colorado in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 and received the People’s Choice Award as Colorado’s Best Medical Malpractice Attorney in 2009. Mr. Eldredge is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Block v OBGYN — I tried a case involving a significant nerve injury to a woman who received an injection by a nurse. Liability was hotly contested and resulted in a substantial verdict for our client.
Smith v Jones (confidential) — I represented the first known case of injury caused by a common over-the-counter cold medicine. Our work resulted in national litigation which benefited thousands of injured parties. My case resulted in a substantial settlement.
Doe v Roe — I represented two brain damaged children injured by their pediatrician ten years earlier. The cause of their disability was a rare but preventable illness. Our work reqiured in-depth research into arcane areas of medicine and resulted in a substantial settlement for the plaintiffs.
