Rosemary Gousman is the managing partner of the New Jersey office. She has practiced labor and employment law for more than 25 years. Rosemary has trial experience in bench and jury trials as well as arbitration proceedings. She has litigated cases involving claims of discrimination, hostile work-environment, wrongful discharge, wage and hour laws, assault and battery, defamation, traditional labor law involving union-management relations, and employee benefits disputes. She also counsels employers facing challenging human resources issues and seeking to comply with complex leave, anti-discrimination and other employment laws.She assists clients by reviewing and revising employee handbooks, employment contracts, and corporate policies on wide ranging topics.
