Rob Danter

Rob Danter is a Partner in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law Group at Harrison Pensa. He mainly represents institutional creditors, debtors, trustees, and receivers in commercial bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, contract disputes, and the enforcement of security.

Rob both summered and articled at Harrison Pensa. He was raised in London, ON, and earned his undergraduate degree Classical Studies at the University of Western Ontario, as well as a Masters in Roman Archaeology at the University of Leicester, in the UK. Rob worked in Ontario Archaeology for several years before returning to school and receiving his JD from Western Law in 2015.
