  • Represented corporation against a purported collective action under the ADEA and defeated the plaintiffs’ motion for conditional certification.
  • Represented international retailer in a trial involving retaliation claims.
  • Represented company against unemployment compensation claims and obtained a ruling that the plaintiff was disqualified from receiving unemployment compensation benefits under Alabama law.
