"David Bernstein has represented Lennar Corporation since it became public in 1971. His advice on securities law, transactions, and corporate governance issues has always been practical and has enabled us to achieve effective solutions to problems. He is particularly effective in dealing with issues requiring an understanding of accounting issues."

"I have been working with David for many years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a practical approach to any matter. David finds the balance between advocating and advising and that, I believe, helps to conclude a better transaction."

"David Bernstein has a real wealth of knowledge with regard to general business and commercial matters. I often consult with him on corporate governance and M&A issues as well. I have found David to be one of the more practical attorneys in these regards. I highly recommend David for complex commercial transactions and corporate governance issues."

"When I was General Counsel to LNR Property Corporation, I had the pleasure of working with David Bernstein on a regular basis. I have found David Bernstein's advice to be of the highest quality with outstanding value. As an expert in his field, his opinions are well-respected. His guidance is always practical and well-received by all, including the SEC, financial institutions, and underwriters counsel. Mergers and acquisitions, debt offerings, both public and private, with and without equity links, and SEC compliance and filings are among his forte, and he works with the major Wall Street firms with ease. Without a doubt, David is the unflappable, consummate debt and equity markets deal maker, and I highly recommend him."
