Celeste R. Case History

Budrow v. Dave & Buster's, 171 Cal. App. 4th 875 (Cal. Ct. App. 2009) — Celeste argued before the California Court of Appeals and the Court affirmed summary judgement in favor of Defendant in this significant tip pooling class action case.  A link to the court's opinion can be found here:
