Zeb Fish is a member at Frederic Dorwart Lawyers PLLC in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and regularly practices in the areas of commercial lending, banking law, commercial real estate finance, and secured lending. He represents banks, financial institutions, and other lenders in the origination, documentation, negotiation, and closing of commercial loans, including construction financing, acquisition and term loans, revolving credit facilities, syndicated loans, and specialty asset financing. His practice also includes aircraft financing, equipment finance, and commercial real estate transactions involving multifamily, hospitality, industrial, healthcare, and office properties throughout the United States. Clients rely on Zeb to efficiently structure complex lending transactions, manage due diligence, resolve title and documentation issues, and help ensure successful closings.
Before joining Frederic Dorwart Lawyers, Zeb served as a shareholder and finance practice group leader at a Dallas-based business law firm, where he represented lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate finance, corporate lending, and municipal bond transactions. Earlier in his career, he led legal teams on real estate portfolio acquisitions valued between $2 billion and $4 billion and represented institutional investment clients in the acquisition of loan pools and commercial real estate assets nationwide. Zeb earned his Juris Doctor, with a concentration in Business Transactions, from Baylor University School of Law, where he was a Haley and Olson P.C. Corporate Law Scholar and a Dean's List honoree. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Finance, from Brigham Young University. Zeb currently serves on the Executive Committee of Frederic Dorwart Lawyers.
