Zachary W. Worshtil is a partner at Powers & Worshtil, P.C. in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, where he represents individuals and families in matters involving Litigation - Trusts and Estates, Trusts and Estates, estate administration, estate and trust litigation, and estate planning. He works closely with clients to address complex legal and financial issues while providing practical guidance throughout each stage of the process.
A lifelong resident of Prince George’s County, Zach brings a strong understanding of the local community and court system to his practice. He earned his undergraduate degree from Tulane University before receiving his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business.
After completing his legal education, Zach served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Albert W. Northrop of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, where he gained valuable experience in litigation and courtroom procedure. He later entered private practice and developed experience across multiple areas of law before concentrating his practice on trusts and estates matters.
