Zack Kay is an Associate at Farris LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia, with a practice focused on Real Estate Law and corporate transactions. He advises clients on a range of commercial matters involving real property, financing, and business operations.
Zack acts for clients in asset and share transactions, lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers, mergers, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. His work includes advising on the purchase, sale, financing, development, and leasing of commercial and residential real estate assets.
His experience includes drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, financing and mortgage documents, shareholders’ agreements, co-ownership agreements, leases, easements, rights of way, supply agreements, and manufacturing agreements.
