Zachary S. Kay

Zack is a business lawyer who maintains a broad corporate practice with a focus on real property transactions.

Zack’s experience includes working as counsel on asset and share transactions, lending transactions (for both lender and borrower clients), mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and similar matters. His experience includes drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, financing and mortgage documents, shareholders’ agreements, co-ownership agreements, leases, easements, rights of way, supply agreements and manufacturing agreements.

Zack joined Farris as an articling student in 2017. He completed his articles and joined the firm as an associate in 2018.
