Zachary R. Hill

Zachary R. Hill is a partner at RMP LLP in Little Rock, Arkansas, where his practice focuses on a broad range of litigation matters. His work includes commercial litigation, insurance law, construction defect claims, contractual disputes, products liability, and transportation law matters involving trucking and motor carriers. He also represents defendants in medical malpractice law and personal injury litigation, including premises liability cases. Zachary has served as first chair trial counsel in both Arkansas state courts and federal courts.

In addition to his trial practice, Zachary maintains an active appellate practice. He regularly handles appellate practice matters before the Arkansas Supreme Court, the Arkansas Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Zachary earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Arkansas in 2016. While in law school, he served as a staff editor for the University of Arkansas Law Review and worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Phyllis Jones of the United States Bankruptcy Court. His technical background supports his work in complex commercial litigation, insurance disputes, and cases involving engineering and technical issues.
