Zach Zollinger

Zach works collaboratively with clients to resolve commercial disputes both before and during litigation, with an eye towards helping clients achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.

As a member of Boise’s commercial litigation group, Zach manages state and federal litigation and engages in all stages of in-court advocacy, including numerous jury trials. Through his experience in a broad array of commercial disputes, Zach guides clients through complex legal issues. He also manages pre-suit disputes in order avoid unnecessary litigation and works with clients to ensure careful compliance practices.
