Zach Marquez

Zach Marquez is an associate in the Real Estate Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s Salt Lake City office. He represents developers, institutional investors, private equity sponsors, lenders, and operators in complex commercial real estate transactions across the Mountain West and Texas.

Zach’s practice includes acquisitions and dispositions, ground-up development, joint ventures, commercial leasing, and real estate finance matters involving multifamily, retail, office, hospitality, and mixed-use assets. He regularly advises clients on entity structuring, governance, and transactional risk allocation in connection with large-scale development and portfolio transactions.

In addition to his real estate practice, Zach has experience advising clients on corporate and M&A matters, including entity formation, operating agreements, capital raises, and strategic acquisitions.
